Welcome to Depth Route. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our VoIP telecommunications services, including voice calling, SIP trunking, DID number management, and related features ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any service-specific terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and are responsible for ensuring user compliance.
3. User Eligibility
To use our Services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- Have valid business registration or legal authorization to provision telecommunications services
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws or regulations
- Comply with all telecommunications regulations in your jurisdiction
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and will comply with all applicable telecommunications laws.
4. Account Registration & Responsibilities
Account Creation & Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including valid business details and contact information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
Account Security & Access
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys
- All activities performed through your account and phone numbers
- Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access, account compromise, or suspicious activity
- Implementing strong, secure passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available
- Monitoring all outbound calls, messages, and service usage from your account
Account Usage & Liability
Depth Route shall not be liable for any loss, damage, unauthorized access to phone numbers, call interception, or service disruption arising from user negligence, failure to maintain account security, weak passwords, or credential sharing. You are fully liable for all usage, calls, messages, and charges incurred through your account.

Depth Route provides comprehensive VoIP telecommunications services:
Voice Calling
Crystal-clear VoIP calls with global connectivity, HD voice quality, and advanced call features
DID Management
Direct Inward Dialing numbers with call routing, forwarding, and multi-country support
SIP Trunking
Enterprise-grade SIP trunking for seamless integration with existing phone systems
Caller ID & Branding
Customizable caller ID, branded caller display, and professional calling identity
IVR & Automation
Interactive Voice Response, call routing, automated attendants, and voicemail systems
Analytics & Reporting
Call logs, usage analytics, detailed billing reports, and performance dashboards
Service Reliability: While we maintain 99.9% uptime SLAs, internet-based VoIP depends on your internet connection quality, network configuration, and compliance with telecommunications regulations. Depth Route is not liable for service quality issues caused by third-party internet providers, user infrastructure, or regulatory violations.
6. Payment & Billing Terms
Service Plans & Pricing
Depth Route offers various subscription plans for voice calling, DID management, and SIP trunking. Plans, features, and pricing are published on our website and may change with notice to existing subscribers.
Billing & Payment
- Service charges are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Usage-based charges (excess minutes, premium features) may apply based on your plan
- Payment must be made via approved payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.)
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees automatically
- Invoices are provided electronically; you agree to electronic billing
Failed Payment & Service Suspension
If payment fails, your service may be suspended after a grace period. Suspension will result in inability to place or receive calls, access DID numbers, or use other features. Service is restored upon successful payment. Dept Route retains the right to terminate accounts with multiple failed payment attempts.
Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as follows: (a) You may request a refund within 2 weeks of initial service activation if dissatisfied, provided you have incurred less than the minimum monthly charge; (b) If an error on Depth Route's side results in service failure or duplicate charges, we will issue a refund or credit within 7 business days. Taxes & Duties
All fees quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, GST, VAT, or other governmental duties. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service in your jurisdiction.
7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Enforcement: Violations result in immediate account suspension and service termination without refund. Users are liable for compliance with all telecommunications regulations including TCPA (US), GDPR (EU), and local regulations in their jurisdiction.
8. Data, Privacy & Security
Data Collection & Privacy
Depth Route collects and processes data (call logs, user information, usage metrics) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and local privacy laws.
Call Recording & Monitoring
You acknowledge that VoIP calls may be recorded for quality assurance, compliance, or security purposes. You are responsible for informing call recipients when recording occurs per applicable laws (including one-party vs. two-party consent rules).
Data Ownership & License
You retain ownership of your account data and content. You grant Depth Route a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, transmit, and display your data solely for providing and improving the Service, including analytics and support.
Data Security & Backups
Depth Route implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of critical data. Upon account termination, we may delete your data after a retention period per legal requirements.
9. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All intellectual property rights in the Depth Route platform, including software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and content, are owned by or licensed to Depth Route.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of our Services or software without our express written permission.
Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for accessing and using the Service for authorized telecommunications purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: Depth Route provides the Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements
- Service quality will remain consistent (VoIP quality depends on internet connection, network conditions, and third-party factors)
- All phone numbers or DIDs will remain permanently available in all jurisdictions
- Emergency services (911/999) functionality is available in all regions or will work flawlessly
- Call delivery or interconnectivity with all carriers or countries is guaranteed
- Any defects will be corrected or that the platform will be completely secure
No Support Warranties: While Depth Route provides customer support, we do not guarantee response times, resolution of all technical issues, or compatibility with all third-party systems and devices.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Depth Route and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Loss of data, call recordings, user information, or call logs
- Service interruptions, quality degradation, or call failures
- Unauthorized access, call interception, or data breaches caused by third parties or internet infrastructure
- Regulatory fines, compliance violations, or legal liability arising from user misuse
- Failure of emergency services (E911/999) or call routing to correct numbers
- Damage to equipment, loss of internet connectivity, or third-party service failures
- Any liability arising from your use, misuse, or inability to use the Service
Total Liability Cap: Depth Route's total cumulative liability for all claims arising under or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
These limitations apply to all claims, damages, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort, warranty, strict liability, or otherwise, and shall survive any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Depth Route, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or prohibited conduct including spam, caller ID spoofing, or unauthorized reselling.
13. Termination & Service Discontinuation
Termination by Depth Route
Depth Route may suspend, disable, or terminate your account and all associated phone numbers, DIDs, and SIP credentials at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms, Privacy Policy, or Acceptable Use terms
- You engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive conduct (spam, scams, harassment)
- Payment fails repeatedly or accounts fall significantly delinquent
- Your account is inactive for an extended period (defined in service terms)
- We detect unauthorized use, account compromise, or suspected fraud
- We are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority
- We determine the Service is no longer viable in your region
Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or through your account dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. All phone numbers and DIDs will be released and may be reassigned to others.
Effects of Termination
Upon termination: (a) All access to phone numbers, DIDs, SIP credentials, call logs, and account data ceases immediately; (b) We may delete your account data and recordings per legal retention requirements; (c) Fees through the end of your current billing period remain due; (d) You must download/export critical data before termination as we are not obligated to retain data post-termination.
14. Modifications to Terms
Depth Route may update, modify, or replace these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes via email, account notification, or platform announcement.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and terminate your account.
15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting [email protected] with detailed description of the issue. We will work in good faith toward resolution within reasonable timeframes.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising under or related to them shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Chandigarh, India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
16. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in violation of applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed or reformed to the minimum extent necessary. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Depth Route's failure to enforce any right, power, or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right, power, or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Depth Route.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Depth Route regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

Important Disclaimer:
While Depth Route strives to provide reliable VoIP services, the quality and availability of the Service depend on factors beyond our control, including internet connectivity, network conditions, regulatory compliance, and third-party carriers. Subject to the maximum extent permitted by law, Depth Route is not liable for service disruptions, call failures, data loss, or damages arising from use or misuse of the Service.
Emergency Services: Depth Route VoIP services may have limitations with emergency calls (911/999). Users are responsible for maintaining backup phone services for emergencies. Check our website for current emergency service availability in your region.
